 * The NMC setup submenu is hidden if the Role list-box of the Center Setup is
   set to RTH at MAIN TRUNK.
 * If a correct station ID was not found in a TEMP report, the report will not
   be stored in the database. Only an error information about such a report is
   written into the System Log.
 * Windows startup script was updated allowing to run the program with UTC time.

Maintenance Release: 1.6.1-1, released 26.09.2005

 * The defined error directory, used for the storing of erroneous files,
   could not be found by the system. This caused that the directory was not used
   for storing of these files and numerous error messages were appearing in the
   system log about a non present error directory. This bug has been fixed.

 * Sometimes an incorrect date-time-group in a TEMP report heading
   caused erroneous report counting. This bug has been fixed.

 * When comparing a date-time-group of BUOY, AMDAR and AIREP reports
   against bulletin's heading time there have been many
   discrepances, therefore this comparison process has been disabled.

   against bulletin's heading time there have been many
